In accordance with the valid price list, it is not possible to get any other discount on the e-ticket than the reduced fee applicable to children, students, seniors, and disability card holders (e.g., a ZTP or ZTP/P).

If you buy the e-ticket for a reduced fee, you will be asked at the entrance to the historical sights to present a document (e.g., a identity card or a disability card, such as ZTP, ZTP/P, or other) that proves the reason for your discount.

The e-ticket is valid until 30th of September 2025 from the date of purchase.

You can pay for the e-ticket only by a payment card.

If the card payment failed, please contact customer support at the contacts below. If the card was rejected during the payment process, it is possible that internet transactions are not enabled on that card. In such case, you need to contact the bank that issued the payment card.
