Delivery of the e-tickets
The e-ticket contains a unique bar
code. The e-ticket will be sent to your email address after the online purchase.
Be sure to check all folders of your mailbox, including the SPAM folder. If you
still cannot find the message, please send an inquiry to our customer support
within 24 hours of paying for the e-ticket; see contacts below. Please indicate
the buyer's name, surname and email address or other identification details
related to the e-ticket purchase. It is necessary to send the email from the email
address that was used during the purchase.
Send an email containing the customer's name, surname and email address
or other identification details of the e-ticket purchase to our customer support.
The provider will amend the wrong address and will resend the e-tickets to the
correct email address. Please send the email from the address where you wish your
e-ticket to be forwarded.
The provider cannot send the e-ticket by postal service. You can only receive it electronically by email.
You will receive a simplified tax document by e-mail with your e-ticket.
If you need a tax document with details that are not in the simplified
tax document, you can request it by replying to the e-mail from which you
received the ticket. Provide the necessary details for the tax document and
you will receive it by email.
